‘Michel, 1 350 000 years ago precisely, on the planet Bakaratini of the constellation Centaur, a decision was made by the leaders of that planet, following numerous conferences and reconnaissance expeditions, to send inhabited vessels to the planets Mars and Earth.

‘I will explain later, to do so now would be premature. Going back to these people, I must tell you that these beings were human - very intelligent and highly evolved. A black race, they had thick lips, flattened noses and frizzy hair - resembling, in these ways, the blacks now living on Earth.

‘These people had inhabited the planet Bakaratini for 8 000 000 years, in co-habitation with a yellow-coloured race.

‘To be precise, this was what you call on Earth, the Chinese race and they had inhabited Bakaratini for about 400 years prior to the blacks. The two races witnessed numerous revolutions during their time on the planet. We tried to provide relief, assistance and guidance but, in spite of our intervention, wars broke out periodically. These, along with the natural disasters occurring on the planet, served to thin the ranks in both races.

Apparently, in 1950, inhabitants of the planet Ummo (14 light years away) landed on Earth. They lived among us for 55 years undetected, establishing their bases and acclimating themselves to our way of life. Then, in 1965, they started to make contact. Initially they compiled a list of 20 carefully selected individuals, most of 'them were Spanish. They included a playwright, a police officer, an employee in the American embassy in Madrid, an engineer, an official of the Telegraph Office, a lawyer and two of Spain's best-known UFOLOGISTS, Antonio Ribera and Rafael Farriols.
Many of those on the list were also members of a small Spanish group, the Society of Friends of Space, including their founder-president, Fernando Seams. According to the Ummites, those on this particular list constitute the Madrid group; there are other groups all over the world.

Early in 1965 the Ummites began to contact the names on their Madrid list, by letter or telephone, to explain the purpose of their mission to Earth. One of the few who has openly described what happened is the engineer Enrique Villagrassa Novoa, who received the telephone call late at night on 28 November 1966. The speaker identified himself as an extra-terrestrial being and spoke fluently and intelligently, though in a voice that was both faintly foreign and mechanical, for about two hours. He discussed engineering and obviously had an impressively detailed know-ledge of the subject; he followed this up by posting on some documents a few days later.

Humanoid from the planet Iarga, which is a little more than ten light-years away from Earth. Although these beings have the same origin and identity as man, and their physique is comparable in many ways, there appear to be many great differences which result from the different planetary conditions. Their planet is larger, the gravity is nearly 3g, and the tmosphere pressure is more than 7 bar with higher nitrogen and ammonia contents than our air. The average wind speed is less than ours; but the denser atmosphere in combination with heavy rains and the higher terminal velocities, sometimes cause storms that an unprotected human could not survive. To withstand these conditions, they have a short, compact physique with well developed muscles, especially the legs; armored skulls, and deep-set eyes. Their darting movements are interposed with periods of rest, during which they only move their heads. They walk stiffly, with short steps, as if they are walking on ice.

Speaking of past events. Valdar said that in 1940s the Confederation had made an all-out effort to commun­icate with the ordinary people of Earth. New methods were tried such as thought transmissions as well as ra­dio broadcasts such as Edwin was receiving. The purpose was to persuade the people to the Confederation way of life. Salamia tried to settle a colony from Earth. Many people were taken there by spacecraft but after only one year more than half of them had to be returned. It seem­ed that they could not adapt sufficiently as life on Salamia was totally different.

This was a great blow to the Confederation. Great results had been expected from the first large scale evacuation from Earth.

Valdar then told of the loss of a Salamian ship's commander named Sharon. This, he said, occurred near the city of Durban on the South African Coast. To this day his disappearance is cloaked in mystery. Unfortunately, Wy-Ora was blamed for his death. According to Valdar, Wy-Ora arranged several thought transmissions between Sharon and the people of Earth. He felt that Wy-Ora was not personally responsible for the tragedy which befell this Salamian.

We have really tried to contact you on Earth!"

THEY WILL COME AFTER OUR ATOMIC WAR TO BRING ORDER 
"We are not exactly unaware that there on your Earth, there exist two or  more factions which are in conflict, and all possess atomic bombs, with high destructive power, and they continue to make more all the time, and of greater scale. If instead of using the nuclear energy for destructive  ends and they used it constructively, our hopes would be nullified." 
"What hopes?" 

"To inhabit the Earth." 
"Are you saying that you intend to invade the Earth?" 
"Yes, but as I have already said, not on those terms. Let me explain in what manner. You must be aware that an atomic war on Earth is inevitable, and, even if we wanted to instigate it, we could, since it would only be necessary to intercept an airplane or ship of either faction, that the one would judge that it was the other. But, we are not going to intervene in any such manner, because we have come to the conclusion that they would not resist for much time the curiosity to see the foul-up that caused the situation, and, when this happens, none of them will escape the devastation, because with only a few of those bombs, the whole terrestrial globe will be contaminated. Once this happens, we can peacefully take over the whole planet, because those few who remain will be in no position to offer resistance; on the contrary, they will welcome us." 

The one talking was named TI, and came from the planet URU – which was 2.planet of the same sun as Arian – and same size as A. He also introduced the other people gathered and their homeworlds place in cosmos.

Martin was then shown a "film/video-like" device showing pictures of the far past of our sunsystem. He was shown the missing 5.planet they called Satanis. He was shown an explosion on that planet which changed the system and made it to the asteroidbelt of today. He was shown the big dinosaurs living 70mill.years back and the heavy plantlife – gigantic trees. He was shown the early humanoid lifeforms of dark and lightbrown-skinned humanoids - 2 different races.

He was shown these races develop into spaceraces, living up to 400 years. Cities up to 100000 people. The computer said there were then 35cities with more than one million people, and also the small man present gave comments.

At one time there was need of more workers to extract the metals from the earth-crust. So they began gene-manipulation for bringing up a new race that should be strong and suitable for such heavy work.

When all resources was temporary emptied the spacebeeings left earth, and the manipulated race was left behind. After some time only this manipulated race survived. "After about 4million years these manipulated race types mutated and unexpectedly proliferated and developed more descendents. Most of these continued with the primitive genes and left several diverse race type behind. They no longer resembled their parents in the species. They moved out into separate communities of like types together".

PLANET EARTH - they name it SIL-SIL-HUA (sil-sil=the chirimoya-fruit) - Earth; as they see as a typical "cancer -planet".

*Was discovered many thousands of years ago -but not by Itibi-Ra II - but from another siv.that the Itibi-Ra's seemingly had contact to - and it's said that "the original explorers here mentioned, disappeared on our planet, and were never heard of again..."

*Itibi-Ra II explorers discovered us/earth in 1946.

Pallman writes in the book:

"…in order to grow new fruits and existing new plant flavours, our friends have brought with them the most interesting specimens of vegetation and they are real biological wonders. Some of these are cross-fertilised and transplanted with plants entirely different to theirs. Plants from our planet and others, are used to produce new taste sensations…

THEIR OWN "Christ- like" figure.

Once in the far past they had also been primitive and meat-eaters. Then came "Talayan" (similar to the Indian word 'mathama') - the greatest religious reformer of their planet, and he gave them THE SEVEN COSMIC COMMANDMENTS - se more on this later.

But as all spiritual teachers, he was also murdered - and his death is remembered during the "Ruessit festival."

THEY also had a football-like game going, and said that these games were to keep the inborn and instinctive fighting condition of their mankind intact.

His contacts to "Borealis" told him (attempt to translate from Swedish - which is the language of the book on the case I have): "…you can simply not adjust our channel. And yet still we are solid og real. There is sound your ears cannot hear and colors your eyes cannot see. Yet those are in reality  as real as those you CAN see with your senses. The limits for OUR ability to perceive is much bigger than yours, but the difference in level is so big that we normally also is unconscious about you. We are able to enlarge the limit down to your level, but for most efficient observation, is it necessary for us to transform or readjust to your lowlevel-frequency.

THIS CAN BE DONE EITHER DIRECT THROUGH THOUGH-CONSENTRATION or through artificial way - by a mainpulse-generator on the moon which envelops earth in a wave of the spesific frequency to create a conversion of our bodies to your level. All of our observators in their crafts on your earth have a small mecanism, which make it possible for them to lock into syncronisation with this wave. This automatic regulates the suitable level - without any thoughtconcentration from their side. They can disappear from syncronisation anytime and switch to mental control if they wish to alter their level a little..."
